Our large living area has plenty of seating with an entertainment area, flat TV, and DVD. The kitchen is fully equipped for your dining needs. Custom cabinets ,granite counter tops, wine cooler. Located on third on the entire third floor is the Master King suite which is elegantly designed with a " private custom designed bathroom". Large tub,
Shower stall, double sink vanity with granite counter tops, walkout balcony with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico.
Second floor has three bedrooms, 2 twin gulf front bedrooms with private balcony and a full bathroom tub/shower combo located in center hall.
Queen guest bedroom with private full bath features tub/shower combo with views of the sound. All bedrooms have flat TVs for your viewing.
All rooms are professionally decorated to give a true beach getaway feel.

Enjoyed the condo, loved that the big kitchen was stocked with all the gadgets, has a keurig (my hubs is a big keurig guy) & a regular coffee maker too. There are plenty of towels & all the things you need for your family. Seriously, no shortage of all the things! Even plenty of beach toys like floaties, shell diggers, & many beach chairs!
We loved how big the place is! Let me tell you, the pictures don’t do this place justice! (Have professional photos taken!) I was worried about rattan furniture not being comfortable, but that’s certainly not the case. The chairs around the table swivel AND rock, are on casters so they move well, are heavy & super comfy. That’s nice for lingering around the table after dinner. (We went out a lot, but I also cook for my family so this is important to us.)
The decor is light and airy, beachy - which, for us - if I’m going to be in Florida, I want a place ON the beach & I want it to look like I’m on the beach. (I avoided condos with dark furniture, dark kitchen cabinets or anything dark - but that’s just us.) All of the rooms were light & airy with lots of windows. The kids (16, 18, & 19) felt spoiled to all have their own rooms, bath or balcony. The master is glorious with the soft greens, lovely towels, spacious bathroom, large shower, walk in closet, private water closet & huge tub. The carpet throughout still smells brand new & felt clean & soft. The pillows on the bed were comfortable, the bed is perhaps a memory foam & not what we prefer, but the sheets were luxurious. I can’t say anything bad about the bed- as mattresses are purely an individual preference.
We loved being so close to the beach & that we could come & go all day like we own the place.
The maintenance co was great, had to come for a few things. The guy & my hubs chatted & hubs showed him things that needed attention, light bulbs & little stuff. He fixed everything & told hubs all the special thin

Location and furnishings were great. Unit was clean and the property manager checked in with us to make sure we were Ok during our stay. Beautiful beach and easy access.
I have stayed in Destin almost every year since 1987, but I will be going back to Navarre from now on, love the laid back atmosphere Already have a family vacation booked for 2023 in Navarre.

We enjoyed the beach rental and everything was nice and clean! There were some extra chairs we could borrow which was great but they were on their last leg. The provided beach towels were a nice touch, less to pack. Couch was super comfy for relaxing and the kitchen had what we needed to cook. Only thing I wished would have been better was the master bedroom mattress. It was uneven, kind of had groves and not comfortable.
I would still recommend this rental and I rent beach houses a lot. Great place!

This property was exactly as shown in photos. We were a large group of adults and one child. There was plenty to do as we were looking out on the beautiful gulf every day. Literally steps from the beach. Lots of beach toys and things for everyone to enjoy.
There was a refrigerator problem on the first day which was acknowledged and handled promptly by management and local professional service guy. Was done with little intrusion on our activities. Five stars for that!

This home was pretty much as described and met almost all of our expectations! The kitchen was very well stocked (pots/pans/utensils, etc) with anything you might need to make meals. The master bedroom had one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. The views from the balconies/decks were amazing. The main floor furniture and Tv is a little outdated but adequate (wish there had been one more couch) The only location issue was that the home was right next to a public beach access so there were more people than we have been accustomed to at other homes we have stayed at on the beach. I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend.

Wish there was a bedroom on the first floor for my elderly grandmother but otherwise great stay. Alarm on door was a bit obnoxious. We loved the beach and the fully stocked kitchen and the layout of the unit. But a few items require some attention from the owners in the near future. Here are a few things: The moisture is definitely an issue upstairs including the musty moldy smell. We emptied the dehumidifier bucket in the master bedroom several times each day when it got full but when no one is there I imagine the moisture really builds up. The towels and wash cloths in the master bathroom were smelly. Some of the blinds are broken in the master bedroom. The left sink drains very slowly in the master bathroom. The gasket is loose in the door leading to the deck, making it very difficult to close properly.

This was the perfect rental for us!! It was even better than we expected. We had 2 families with 3 small children and with the rental being 3 stories there was plenty of space and privacy for everyone. Great spot, pictures were accurate. Place was very clean and loaded with amenities, linens, and towels. Lots of beach equipment but some was started to get a little dated (bring your own chairs). Managers were really responsive (VERY) to a couple of things upon arrival.
Only other comment is that a gas grill is shown (not mentioned in description so my fault) but we were provided with a charcoal grill which can be a different experience.
Would come back if we were looking for a very relaxing (i.e. beach only) type vacation as there isn't much else to do in the area. My brother LOVES this type of vacation, not necessarily our cup of tea, but we met him here so his choice! Unit was great and view was amazing. Loved sleeping with doors open listening to the beach all night. Top porch was also great for a night cap and star watching.

The pictures for this rental property do not do it any justice. The place absolutely wonderful. Upon walking in the front door you are walking on natural stone instead of carpet. This is an added plus for being on the beach. The two three second floor rooms were very nicely decorated and the laundry room was more then adequate for your every day washing needs. The third story master was an absolute dream with balcony views that are breath taking. Everything you needed for your beach days was available in the basement from fishing poles to beach umbrellas and seat. We will definitely stay again in the near future.

The house was perfect and you couldnt ask for more of the beach. Sand and beach access were perfect. There was some seaweed at the beach due to a few storms, but of course couldn't be helped.
The island is MUCH quieter than other areas such as Destin. This is both positive and negative (no bumper-to-bumper traffic, but not as many restaraunts). I personally preferred the slower pace and fewer crowds.
The management group was very responsive to any questions we had.

This is a nice hidden gem on the beach in Navarre Beach, FL. Check in/out was easy. You're texted a door code when it is ready. So much better than having to pick up and return a key. We easily parked three cars under cover. The townhouse was in great shape, well cared for, and very clean. The furniture is very nice. There were plenty of towels, including beach towels and a large w/d. The air conditioning worked well on all floors. There were plenty of accessories including beach chairs, umbrellas, two kayaks, pool noodles, extra filled propane tank for grill. Gas grill is new. Kitchen had nice small kitchen appliances. Beach chairs/umbrella were available to rent just like at the large resorts. Dune walkover is just a few steps from the stairs off the deck. Diana was great to deal with and answered emails quickly. We hope to stay here again.

Perfect! The Condo was more than we expected. The location was perfect, the beach was not crowded and it was the 4th of July. The condo information listed items for the beach and boy did they. All you need to take is your sun screen! There were 8 of us and the accommodations were perfect. It is an end unit with a view of the pier which was great when they did the fireworks on the 4th.
I can not recommend this enough. Hope to use it again.
