My husband and I, along with friends, brought our 5, twin 6, and 7 year olds to their first beach spring break! Seeing the ocean for the first time was magical! Having the calm beach and Sound waters within a short walk was wonderful! And then 10 min further jumping the waves on the Gulf side! And to have a nice warm hot tub in-between to warm up was perfect! The kids rode bikes (we packed scooters), learned to paddle board, saw a baby dolphin with it's family in Pensacola Beach, and met Sweet Pea the Sea a Turtle! The accommodations were so very comfortable and the home beautiful! One of our 6 year olds said, "Why do we live in MN, we should live here!" We may be back next year!

We loved our stay in the Big Easy over Spring Break! It’s an amazing house and Diana was so helpful with the reservation process and even making sure we had a high chair for our little one. I've never stayed at a home that offered so many chairs, bikes, toys, beach towels and floats. The big easy is a wonderful house to stay in. You can look out your balcony and see the Santa Rosa sound. The beach on the gulf side is just a short golf cart ride away. The house was very clean. The gated neighborhood is laid back and gave me peace of mind knowing it was gated and speed limits were very slow. We enjoyed the hot tub everyday. The pool area just got new furniture which updated the area. The property management co was very easy to contact and we’re able to help us with a golf cart issue within the first day. We plan on returning to the big easy next summer.

Beautiful beach house on sound side fully equipped with all our needs only down side was little further distance to gulf side which our group decided to spend most of the time golf cart would be great but we would load in vehicle for the short drive with little ones and all chairs umbrella etc there would be no way they could walk distance this was our first time to visit Navarre loved everything about it. Great family vacation ocean was beautiful kids had great time playing in sand and collecting sea shells would diffently recommend

The house was in a great location and was in awesome shape couldn't have asked for anything better. The staff was on the spot with the rental instructions and a heads up on any potential problems which were actually a non issue(buzzing heating unit). The home and was a winner and everything associated was great as well. I hope we were equally great guest as well. I'm glad we chose this place and hope it's available for future vacations.

Our family loves visiting Navarre Beach and this was our third year renting a house on Seaside Circle. Everything about our stay at The Big Easy was A+. The home was spotless and very well equipped. The location is ideal. Its close enough to walk to the beach or the sound. You're only a half mile or so from the National Seashore which has miles of undeveloped beach all the way to Pensacola. We don't need to sit at the house to watch the sunset on the Gulf -- there's plenty of room at the beach. When you go, don't miss Shark Bite for breakfast, TC's Front Porch for casual dinner, or Brotula's in Destin for dinner. Skip Winn Dixie for groceries - go over the causeway, left on 98 for 2.5 miles to Walmart Home Market instead.

A short walk through the quaint neighborhood to miles of a dedicated path for biking, jogging or walking makes the property even more attractive. Beyond the walkway are the beautiful sands of Navarre beach; an easy walk or drive with ample parking at the public acces points makes a day at the beach a breeze. Great place and great location. Navaree Beach has beautiful beaches and Emerald water. We loved the location because you had walking distance access to the bay, which was wonderful for body boarding, and the beach which had plenty of space!! The house was beautiful and very well maintained. I was impressed that they provided so much. They had lots of beach toys, bikes, chairs, umbrellas, and more. I was also not expecting all the little things like soap, paper towels, detergent, games, books, etc. Definitely pleased!!
