We had 6 Adults and a child and we fit perfectly. Loved that the table was large enough for us all. As a frequent traveler - we found it clean, as in our toddler played on all the floors and we had no concerns. It was adequately stocked with appliance, kitchen utensils and had plenty of bath and pool towels. Loved the washer and dryer! Would have been nice to have more than 2 trash bags and a few rolls of TP for a week stay but we found some at local Walmart. Location was PERFECT! Quiet and gated neighborhood that was well kept. Communication about the 'free golf cart' could have been better as we used it and was immediately texted/called about the fact that we weren't authorized. Cleared it up in minutes but don't advertise it as free if you aren't prepared for it to be used (also - wow reported and called within minutes of using it). Overall would recommend for families - beach access was so convenient. Navarre doesn't have a lot of activities on island but Pensocola and Fort Walton/Destin are 30 min drives for more options.

We stayed in this exact house two years prior. I have to say that we love the house itself. Very beautifully designed, plenty of room, great layout, comfortable beds except for the queen bed (when people move around it makes a lot of noise), and all the tools you need to cook. However, some changes we were disappointed in. Last time there was a hair dryer, more spices, ample toilet paper, ample dish soap, ample trash bags, and the “gulf cart” was included (which we really enjoyed!) and the hot tub was not working and I reached out to the manager and was told it was getting looked at (it never worked while we were there). We would recommend if certain things changed.

Me and my family spent seven days at this house and we had a great time. The house was very nice and clean and had all the amenities from home. It is very quiet and had very nice neighbors we really enjoyed our stay. The only downfall to the whole trip was the road that goes from Navarre to Pensacola along the beach was closed because it was washed out from the hurricane. Which cause you to have to go all the way around which was about a 45-minute ride other than that the vacation was fantastic.

A wonderful Beach house for a family Gathering. Well equipped kitchen with crock pot, rice cooker, high quality knives, coffee maker, dishes, Crab cooking pot, etc. The only disappointment was the view off the porch was a construction of a new home across the street. The Sound side beach access was not well marked, but a friendly neighbor was able to provide directions. The Gulf was only a short distance by golf cart across the highway. My family of five had a lovely time at Camp David. Navarre is fabulous and while we have never stayed closer to the sound, we really enjoyed it. We appreciated the free use of the kayaks there. We were grateful to have the golf cart to take to the ocean beach. Otherwise it would have been too long of a walk to drag all of our beach stuff. We would have had to driven the car.
The unit was equipped with chairs, umbrellas and toys. The kitchen was equipped nicely with everything we needed. Plenty of towels were provided. The linens were lacking in quality and there weren’t any blankets for the kings size bed, but we made do with one of the several full size ones. Linens were literally the only disappointing factor and maybe that an outdoor shower would have been fabulous since there isn’t a shower on the main level either. Overall, recommended!

House was great place to stay with family members in town for a beach wedding. Traffic was wall to wall all weekend with only one way on to and off of the island. Neighbor lady was very helpful and nice in giving us rundown of the area. With family staying up and down the island, we paid $200 to rent the golf cart offered, unfortunately the cart did not perform at all as you could walk faster than it drove, complained two or three times to management company with no response from them. It was a great house, enjoyed our weekend, however paying that much for a golf cart that nobody would ride on as it was so slow was disappointing.

We were very satisfied with our stay at "Camp David" on Navarre Beach. The beach house was absolutely beautiful and provided all the appliances you would need...they even provided beach towels!! The beach on the Gulf side was just a five-minute walk away and taking a wagon with us made the travel so easy. The covered parking was very convenient as well. We had so much fun and can't wait for our next beach trip!!!

The house was nice, clean, roomy and in walking distance to the beach and short driving distance to other beaches. We did have a question about how getting the main TV to work with TiVo and maintenance came out that day while we were relaxing at the beach.

We were very happy with our stay in this immaculate house. We (extended family of adults, 22 to 81 years old) wanted to rent a beach house to celebrate our son's Navy winging ceremony. We found this beautiful home on short notice, and the owner was very responsive and provided wonderful customer service.
The property description is accurate. The newly renovated house is gorgeous inside with beautiful granite counter tops, new appliances, lovely washed wood floors, modern updated baths, and comfortable newer furniture. Decor is light, casual, and elegant.
The large great room on the main level was wonderful with open kitchen, large dining table for 8, counter and stools at the huge granite island, half bath, and sitting area with a big television. We cooked many of our meals, and we enjoyed being together and hanging out without getting in each other's way.
The bedrooms are well appointed with televisions in each room. The beds are comfortable, and blinds allow for sleeping in.
The beach is a short five-minute walk from the house. White sand, turquoise water, and beautiful sunrises and sunsets! The town of Navarre Beach does a great job of protecting wildlife and keeping things natural and litter free.
We enjoyed running and walking in the morning on the paths alongside the main road. Walking on the beach was great too.
We bought our groceries from Publix and got fresh seafood from a local market. We did not venture to restaurants in Navarre Beach. Dharma Blue in Pensacola is a splurge worth the drive of 30 minutes. The restaurant is in a hip upscale area of Pensacola, and the menu offers sushi, varied dishes and seafood sure to please everyone. The younger adults enjoyed watching a sporting event at a local Navarre Beach bar.
The pool for the complex, though small, was enjoyable and clean.

We enjoyed being away from the buzyness of a beach but Navarre's is walking distance from the condo and Destin isn't a far drive. The wrap around porch and numerous windows were beautiful each morning with the openness of the kitchen and den floor plan makes this one of our favorites!
