Rental Agreement
Age Requirement - order to reserve a property, you must be over the age of 25 and occupy the rental for the full stay of the reservation. Eviction and Forfeiture of all monies will result from failure to comply. Over 25 years of age to drive all golf carts. No one under 25 years of age is permitted to drive at anytime.
Occupancy Limits- Occupancy of the property shall not exceed the maximum number of persons the unit sleeps these limits are strictly enforced. Evictions and Forfeiture of all monies will result from failure to comply. This includes visiting guests unless prior authorization is received in writing by management company. No parties permitted.
Reservation Substitutions – Due to unforeseen circumstances, a reserved condo may be substituted for another in a similar or better category. In the event that this occurs Navarre Sands Rentals LLC reserves the right to change Renter’s reservation. This is done if an emergency. (hurricane, water damage, fire, etc..)
Check in: 4:00 PM (central time zone) Check out: 10:00 AM
These times will be strictly enforced so as to allow for preparation of the next guest arrival. A late check out fee of one day’s rent will be charged for failure to comply with the 10:00 am check out time.
Rental Down Payment - $500- 800.00 due at time of reservation. Remaining balance due 60 days prior to arrival. (Depending on your unit policy.) Checks are accepted with prior approval.
Security Deposit / Vacation Rental Damage Insurance of $69 can be purchased In lieu of a standard $500.00 -$ 1500.00 security deposit.
Property Damage Protection Insurance is offered to all guests for $69.This policy covers a maximum coverage of $3000. Full details of damage coverage are contained in the description of the policy. By submitting payment for this plan, you authorize and request the Property Damage Protection to be paid directly to Navarre Sands Rentals LLC any amount payable under the terms of the policy. www.propertydamageprotection.com
A valid Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express is required to be on file for damages that exceed deposit or insurance covered items. Navarre Sands Rentals reserves the right to charge the card for any damages, repairs, pet or smoke fumigation caused by the renter. $600.00 will be charged for smoking or pets in the unit without prior approval.
NO PETS OR ANIMALS PERMITTED IN OR OUTSIDE OF PROPERTY unless advertised as pet friendly. This includes visiting pets. Pet Friendly properties require pre-approval and a $200 per dog pet fee which are paid prior to arrival. Pets will only be considered if weigh under 35 pounds. Falsification of dog’s weight will result in immediate eviction with no refund.
Cancellations –In the event you cancel your reservation, such cancellation must occur before 60 days prior to the start of your rental period. Travel insurance is nonrefundable. Cancellation 60 days or less will not receive a refund. DATE CHANGES must occur 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival. No changes can be made 60 days or less of your scheduled arrival.
Late Arrival or Early Departure- Each reservation is scheduled in advance and is no longer available for rent. If for some unforeseen you need to arrive late or depart early. There will be No Refunds for days not used.
Travel insurance will be offered to help guests avoid any loss of monies due to any cause in the cancellation of their stay. In order to protect the loss of your rental payments if you have to cancel less than 60 days notice, we recommend the travel protection insurance. Travel Insurance and Damage Protection Insurance is nonrefundable.
Third Party Vendors- Navarre Sands Rentals cannot be responsible for third-party vendor processes. Internet is a third-party vendor and is known to not have the connectivity on the beach. Refunds won’t be given if Internet or cable is not working. Homeowner associations are a third-party vendor. Pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, boat docks, fishing piers, grass areas are all managed by a third-party vendor. Navarre Sands Rentals is not responsible for their repairs or maintenance requirements.
Bad Weather: The rental property is located on an island and severe weather such as tornados, hurricanes, tropical storms could occur during the months of May- October. Travel insurance is recommended. Refunds will not be given by Navarre Sands Rentals due to bad weather.
Cleaning Services and Supplies – A Daily cleaning service is not provided. The condo will be cleaned to exceptional standards before your arrival and again after your departure. A minimal complimentary trash bag, toilet paper roll, and facial soap are provided for your immediate arrival. Please plan to bring or purchase the remaining products for the rest of your stay. All bedding and bath towels will be provided. Missing or soiled bedding or towels will be charged to credit card on file, security deposit, or damage insurance policy. Kitchens are supplied with coffee makers, toasters, microwaves, dishwashers, etc.… Owner’s closet is locked and not accessible to renters. Renters are required to take trash outside to the dumpsters upon departure and all dishes are to be washed. Excessive filth will result in an extra cleaning fee charge to the card on file.
Parking – 2 vehicles permitted per condo. Additional parking available in public beach parking but could be a long walk depending on location of unit.
Prohibited – Smoking or vaping in rental unit, garage, pets in the unit or on the beach or in pool area; grilling on the balconies, beach, or within 15 feet of a building; fires on the property or beaches, underage drinking; loud noise disturbances; watercrafts of any sort, trailers, or motor homes. (Unless given prior approval) Bad language or confrontations, loud yelling, disorderly contact will result in the immediate removal of the community and the vacation home.Evictions will result in loss of all monies paid.
Indemnification – Renter and guest of renter are responsible for damages, repairs, loss of personal property, and accidental injury in any way related to the use of or visiting of the property. Renter and guests agree to indemnify and hold property owner and Navarre Sands Rentals LLC harmless from any and all loss or injury that may arise from the use or visiting of property.
Fishing – A fishing license is required to fish anywhere on the beach. You can obtain detailed information at the Navarre Beach Pier
All Beach Objects- including Umbrellas, Tents, Tent Frames, Hammocks, Volleyball Nets, Picnic Tables,Beach Chairs and Personal Items left on the beach between sunset and sunrise will be removed and thrown away every evening by the Santa Rosa Island Authority.
I am aware that I may purchase travel insurance through Navarre Sands Rentals, LLC and have read my rights to purchase travel insurance. By Signing Below, I agree to all terms and conditions of this Rental agreement above.
