Welcome to this upscale and spacious 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom end-unit condo located on Navarre Beach. Enjoy the emerald green waters and sunsets on the private wrap around balcony with stunning 8th floor views of the Gulf of Mexico and views of the Sound (Inter-coastal Waterway). There are three large swimming pools (one heated in winter) and 3 hot tubs. 6 Beach chairs & 1 umbrella located in unit. Also, complimentary beach service included with 2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella (available 3/1-10/31).
This elegant condo features a King bed in the master bedroom, 1 Queen bed in the second bedroom with two twin beds in the third bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa — sleeps up to 8. There is private bath in each bedroom. This unit has a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a washer and dryer. Pack N Play, high chair, and stroller available for your little ones.
Just a short walk takes you to the Pier for some fishing, local restaurants including Juanas/Sailers Grill, Windjammers on the pier, and Andy D’s Restaurant. Great food and great service!
Navarre Beach is a family friendly community with bike/walking paths that stretch the length of Gulf Blvd to Pensacola Beach. Along with enjoying Navarre’s top-rated beaches, be sure to check out our many local restaurants and gift shops, longest fishing pier on the Gulf of Mexico. Need some retail therapy? The room was great... A new skillet would be suggested... But elevators were awful. Two guys got stuck in the elevator(for about three hours)
. Fire department was called ...One of them was out of order and when we were leaving... One of the elevators was stuck again... We had to walk eight floors... 16 flights of stairs... That was sucky... But overall, it was a good vacation

The condo was fully supplied with everything we needed. Never have we ever been supplied with laundry detergent or beach equipment on any of ours to Florida. Ocean was beautiful and we had the best view from the balcony. Saw dolphins playing everyday and the fishing was great right off the pier. The only recommendation we have is that the condo owners or Summerwind to come up with a better parking pass experience for the renters or to have a better Security Company to deal with.

The property manager was very helpful answering questions prior to our stay. Would answer the phone immediately or return my call in a very reasonable amount of time. I rated the cleanliness at a 4 because the floors could have be cleaner. Our feet or socks would get very dirty. Maybe a little better mopping. A drawer in the master bath needs repair, scared me to death when it dropped when I pulled it out. The kitchen had everything we needed except for a kitchen scissors. All in all, it was a great place to stay. The grands loved it and are already talking about next year. We would return...
