Pack up the family for a perfect vacation home with a private pool and fenced in yard. Pool heated $50 extra per day.
You will fall in love with the beach decor and inviting lay out of the entire home. Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops. Stocked with everything you need to make that special meal while on vacation. Large living room with comfortable sectional sofa that folds out into a Queen bed, two dining room tables with seating for 12. Spacious screen porch with outside seating and TV which over looks the swimming pool.
Relax lounging on the pool deck enjoying the afternoon sun with a cold glass of iced tea. Great fenced back yard to play a game or toss a ball around with the entire family.

Large King Master Suite has a flat screen tv with adjoining bathroom with glass enclosed shower, tub and double vanity sink. 2-Guest Bedrooms. Bedroom # 1 has a Queen-size bed with TV. Bedroom #2 sleeps 3 kids with a Single over Single bunk bed and Single pull out trundle bed. Guest bathroom has a shower with vanity sink. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Queen-size sofa sleeper in the living room
All bed linens are provided including beach towels.

Backyard Breeze is beautiful. We very much enjoyed our stay. Everything we needed was there. The few questions we had were answered quickly. Having use of the beach cart and umbrellas was very much appreciated. We enjoyed the ping pong table, corn hole, games and bikes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Backyard Breeze. Stocked with all the necessities and more. Paper towels, toilet tissue, garbage bags, dishwasher pods and dish soap. Fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans, and utensils. Most items throughout house were brand new. We don't have a baby but the playpen available in the guest closest was a nice touch. Great amount of towels for guests. Loved the Florida room to sit for meditation. Loved the number of board games, cornhole, and ping-pong table available for guests. Appreciated the beach buggy and umbrellas for guest use. Loved the modern ceiling fan and color-changing lights in the bunkbed kids bedroom. The house felt comfortable like home and did not have any weird smells. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we opted to stay an additional day. We made a call about the pool needing to be cleaned and our contact Diana had someone there to clean the pool within 30 minutes... totally impressed. Diana and her son Chad were both highly professional and friendly. I was super pleased with their professionalism. Only drawback for us is the city had multiple detours around the area where the house was located and it was somewhat of a drive to get to a grocer but wasn't terrible. Overall fantastic experience and will definitely contact "Navarre Sands Rentals" directly to book our next stay to save money on booking fees.

Breeze. We were able to communicate with the host via text message and they were very responsive. We received our code to get into the property in a timely manner. Stocked with all the necessities and more. Loved that host had provided charging cords of all types in the living room basket for guests PLUS Paper towels, toilet tissue, garbage bags, dishwasher pods and dish soap.
